Empowered Wellness Coach is not presented as a registered limited company.

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes.

You must not intentionally:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or information;
• introduce malicious or harmful software;
• misuse website forms or communications;
• use website material unlawfully.

The website contains educational, health, lifestyle and wellness information.

Reading website content, using a website feature or submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a clinician-patient relationship.

Where an individual professional service is separately agreed, that service remains subject to the applicable professional responsibilities governing it.

Prospective clients may request a:

Free 15–30 minute confidential consultation with Dr Surinder Sandhu.

Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee:

• acceptance onto the Empowered Wellness Coach programme;
• that the programme or another service will be suitable for you;
• creation of a paid-service contract;
• any particular health or wellbeing result.

The consultation is intended to discuss your circumstances, goals, potential suitability and possible next steps.

Empowered Wellness Coach offers a structured 12-week wellness programme.

The programme scope, price, payment arrangements, commencement arrangements and other commercial terms applicable to a particular purchase must be clearly presented before a customer enters into the relevant agreement.

Nothing in these website Terms creates a blanket “no refunds” policy.

Where the programme is purchased remotely by a consumer, applicable statutory consumer rights are preserved.

Where a statutory 14-day cancellation period applies, information about that right must be provided as required by applicable law.

Where a consumer requests that services begin during an applicable cancellation period, any legally required:

• express request to begin early;
• acknowledgement;
• information about the consequences of beginning performance;

must be obtained before the relevant service begins.

The exact contractual consequences of cancellation, payment for services already supplied, refunds, instalments or programme commencement must follow applicable law and the commercial terms specifically approved for the programme.

Engineering must not invent additional cancellation, refund, instalment, payment or commencement rules.

The website and programme provide educational, health, lifestyle and wellness information.

They are not a substitute for appropriate individual medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.

Do not stop prescribed medication, discontinue treatment or materially change medical care solely because of information obtained through the EWC website or programme.

Health and wellbeing outcomes vary between individuals.

Empowered Wellness Coach does not guarantee any particular:

• medical outcome;
• cognitive outcome;
• health improvement;
• symptom improvement;
• prevention outcome;
• lifestyle outcome.

Dr Surinder Sandhu is a Doctor of Chiropractic, registered with the General Chiropractic Council, and is not a registered medical practitioner.

Where Dr Surinder Sandhu acts within his regulated chiropractic professional scope, his applicable professional and regulatory responsibilities continue to apply.

Nothing in these Terms reduces or overrides those responsibilities.

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, branding, programme materials, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed for use by Dr Surinder Sandhu trading as Empowered Wellness Coach.

They must not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate permission except where permitted by law.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party platforms.

Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may reasonably update, maintain or change the website and its content.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable law, any other limitation of liability must be fair and appropriate to the relevant service and circumstances.
